I have gotten a few different carriers and I was told to get this one! Its extremely lightweight!! And most Import it keeps my 2 months in there! She doesn't slide down!!!!

My 5 month old baby is just not secure in this- no matter whether I have her front facing or on my hip. I'm quite a slim build myself and she's a totally average for her age, but no matter what I try and how many times I watch the instruction video, she is just not safe in this carrier. I'm gutted- I don't know what I'm doing wrong! Love the colour and wish this baby carrier could work for us. Would love any help/assistance if possible. As I can't currently use this :(

I recieved mine today. Upon getting it out, I was disappointed to see their is no instructions on how to safely use it. When I tried to use it my baby was slipping down. What am I doing wrong? It would help if I had something to help. Other than that I do think it will be great to use if I can work it out.
